• Chairman of every member country is obligated to attend annual meetings/related events and cast votes when required.

• Members can apply to be the host of SAMA competition and meeting

• All member countries can hold national competition, certification exam and train  teachers in the name of their companies

• Every SAMA GLOBAL member country should follow SAMA regulations.

• SAMA GLOBAL member countries should promote Abacus and Mental Arithmetic education to their best ability

• Every SAMA GLOBAL member country should pay related membership fees on time.
